How to Use the Tool
- What did you plant?
- Enter the specific name of the vegetable, fruit, or herb (e.g., “Roma Tomatoes”, “Jalapeno Peppers”).
- When did you plant it?
- Click the date picker and select the date the seeds went into the ground (or the date of transplanting).
- Location (Optional):
- Enter a city or growing zone (e.g., “Austin, TX” or “Zone 9b”). This helps the AI account for local climate conditions when estimating maturity.
- Click “Predict Harvest”:
- The tool will process the request.
- Results: It will display an estimated harvest date range, days to maturity, visual signs of ripeness to look for, and a specific gardening tip for that plant.
